Bishop Norman E. Hutchins, Sr. was called to preach the gospel and licensed as a minister at the age of 8. Since that time, he has been preaching over 45 years and pastoring over 25 years. He received his Master’s in Biblical Counseling and Doctorate in Church Administration from the Ministerial Theological Training Institute in Inglewood, California. During his time there he joined West Angeles Church of God in Christ in Los Angeles, California where he served as Director of Social Services, Executive Minister of Music and State Minister of Music under the leadership of Bishop Charles E. Blake, Presiding Bishop of the COGIC.
In 1990 he was nationally recognized as a gospel artist recording noted songs such as “Emmanuel”, “God’s Got a Blessing”, “Jesus I Love You”, and “Battlefield”. He is currently the pastor of Frontline Ministries in Dover, Delaware where he and his wife, Pastor Karen Hutchins birthed the ministry.
In 2016, Bishop Hutchins, always being a servant on the front line, founded & became the Presiding Prelate of the Frontline Covenant Fellowship of Churches, Inc. His purpose is to glorify God, evangelize the lost, and edify the Body of Christ. Bishop Hutchins’ motto is “The worst is over, and the best is yet to come!”.

While away from my home church in Washington DC I had the opportunity to visit Frontline Ministries. It was a God filled experience that I would encourage anyone to take part in. Just show up, God will do the rest. I am back in town visiting and I am looking forward to having a few family members join me tomorrow. To God Be The Glory!!!
